Baptist Church, Indiana

Author Spag - Last updated: 18.01.2013

A well known church in the area, with an adjacent cultural center. The neighborhood was spookier than what I’ve seen in Detroit but as my friend described it as "not that bad for this city" I thought it would be O.K. to give it a try with my gf, who is not at all into abandoned stuff. Well I guess confronting your fears is the best medicine.

I’d love to know where this is.
Abandoned buildings bring tears to my eyes. This is is beautiful. I’d live there if I could…..
Thank you!

Hi all, this place is also known as University Val Benoît, …. So it was time for us (my partner in crime and me) to do it. We had plans to visit it later, but some plans didn’t worked out, so we give it our first shot.

Located in a small village in eastern France, is the Maison aux Masques, a.k.a. Villa Amande. Very little history to be found online regarding this place, but from what I could find out (thank you Google Translate!) was that the property is earmarked for a hotel, which explains the large demolition notice on the front gate.
