The Riverside Flour Mill

Author sj9966 - Last updated: 26.06.2012

I’ve not managed to get to do much lately so it was good to finally get back out again.

Met up with Rusty and we headed on over to this place. It’s a large flour mill which closed in 2006.

It still has plenty of stuff inside and has suffered very little pikey damage. All in all a decent place and well worth a visit.

In a previous report from 2009 I found that this site was originally Fison’s Peat Works and was then taken over by Levingtons followed by Scotts and the site closed down in 2001.
