Pripyat City Surgery 2012

Author sophos9 - Last updated: 24.09.2013

Last year, Lucy and me went to Pripyat/Chernobyl to experience the wonderland of abandonment. It was actually pretty emotional, the place was captivating.

Here are some of the images from Pripyat Surgery, this place still had bottles and vials, pills and medicines etc.

Less talk, more images!

This was a piano in the surgery concert hall

Rusting baby cots, apparently there were a lot of maternities…

Surgical room on the first floor

Various Russian books

Birth chair or similar?

Dressing room no.2 – surgical dressings

Various equipment laying around

I have a bunch of other shots that I’ve not looked at yet, will post them when I have time.
